Services Overview

Vintage Vibes Mobile Tap Bar LLC provides dry hire mobile bar services, including a tap trailer, standalone bar setups, and certified bartending services for private events.

Important:
We do not provide or sell alcohol. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol for their event in compliance with local and state laws.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability
A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure your event date
Remaining balances are due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon
Pricing is customized based on event details

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
Cancellations must be made in writing
Refund eligibility will be determined based on timing and circumstances of cancellation

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all alcohol for the event
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and venue alcohol regulations
Provide accurate event details (location, time, guest count, etc.)
Ensure adequate space and access for trailer or bar setup
Provide a safe and suitable environment for staff and guests

Liability Disclaimer

Vintage Vibes Mobile Tap Bar LLC is not responsible for:

Any alcohol-related incidents involving guests
Damages resulting from guest behavior
Delays or issues caused by inaccurate event information
Circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or emergencies

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with clients to adjust plans where possible. Safety is our top priority.

Media Release

We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

Intellectual Property
